Ms Mandy Hinson

I joined Memorial Medical Centre in 2013 as a receptionist. Six months later I was given the opportunity to train as a HCA. I qualified in 2014 & have never looked back. I enjoy my role here.

I have continued to learn. I am now trained in phlebotomy, B12 & Flu injections, ECG’s, Ear irrigations, first aid, dressings, clip removal, blood pressure / 24hr BP, diabetic foot checks & NHS health checks.

My most recent training has been to learn micro suction which means I work one day a week as part of the Swale ENT team.
